How should I prepare items?
Empty pockets, remove accessories, and flag stains or sensitive areas at drop-off/pickup.

Yes—specialised processes for each. Turnaround varies by condition and size.
Do you do repairs or alterations?
Not currently. Minor button re-secure on request if found loose during QC.
